Long story, but my parents had an original piece made by this wonderful Irish artist. I've seen exhibitions of his work over the years, and have always admired it.

Dream Cottages

I had a dream a few weeks ago and these were very vivid. The actual cottages don't exist, but the wall they were built into does, as does the house in the back. I'm sure people who like to try their hand at interpreting dreams will enjoy proposing theories of what this might mean ....

Lounging in Petrin Park

I think I was on a roll for drawing when I did this, especially when I see how I got the poses with just a few lines. But then that's the beauty of being out in life when sketching, you stop thinking about the product when you are simply out to capture a moment.

I am still thinking about binding drawings into books. I don't want to add colour to this particular one .... I like it just the way it is.
